Customer access to inventory, orders, receipts and invoices.
Evista is a software module in our MIS system, Accellos. It provides customers with online access to their inventory, inbound and outbound orders (and the status of those orders), receipts, (and the status of those receipts). Invoices are also available. When appropriate, these documents can not only be viewed but printed remotely by customers.
Another tool allows us to create custom queries for customers to run on a scheduled basis. The results of these queries are available in Evista or can be auto-emailed.
EDI allows us to confirm both inbound and outbound shipments. Plus, we can use this tool to send adjustments of any kind to you and to send inventory information as well.
