Special Requirements

The Mullica Hill Group handles both chilled and frozen fish and seafood. While these commodities may seem similar to other foods, they have their own unique requirements. Years of experience with a wide range of importers have honed our handling of FDA inspections, holds and the challenges of allergen control. Most notably in this time-sensitive area, we coordinate with our FDA field office so that preparations for inspection are complete before inspectors arrive, insuring quick and accurate sampling so that products are released to commerce as soon as possible.

Repacking

We repack thousands of cases of fish and seafood a week for several of our customers. This allows efficient, cost-effective deliveries to smaller retailers.
