RF Scans

We scan incoming product on a case level to confirm the receipt of product per our customers' expectations. We can also scan to capture weight per case, where appropriate. What's more, we scan when case picking for consolidated pallets and we scan outbound orders as they are loaded to insure the integrity of the shipment.

Scanning is also critical during periodic inventory confirmations of partial pallets.

Accellos and Scans

Our MIS system, Accellos, provides put-away suggestions so that like item types stay together and so that expiration-date-sensitive storage is facilitated. Of course, the same is true of receipt date management so that FIFO shipments by lot can be accurately performed.
