Seal Verification

Confirming the integrity of an inspected, incoming container.

Seal Verification

When an imported container leaves its country of origin its inspection agency seals the container and documents that seal on a health certificate. The certificate, seal and container are thereby linked. This post-inspection identifier is communicated to the receiving parties. The Mullica Hill Group routinely compares the communicated health certificate number with that one on the container it receives. In the event of a non-match we know that either the container has been opened and resealed or a clerical error has been made somewhere in the supply chain. We resolve all such discrepancies.

Safety & Security

Seal verification is one part of the Mullica Hill Group's committment to managing the safety, integrity and security of the products we handle throughout the food supply chain.
